Offer and Agreement

All offers are without obligation unless a deadline for acceptance is stated in the offer.

An agreement comes into effect when Newlong Holland B.V. confirms the Customer’s order.

Invoicing terms: variable, subject to prior agreement

Prices and Payments

All prices are exclusive of VAT and other government levies.

Payments are due within 14 days of the invoice date, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Delivery and Execution

Delivery times stated by the Company are indicative.

Returns and Cancellation

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

Cancellation fees may apply if the order is canceled after it has been confirmed.

Privacy Policy

Your personal data will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

Dutch law applies to all agreements between the Company and the Customer.

All disputes will be settled in the competent court in The Netherlands.
